EPIC® SENSORS

IoTKey® Gateway for problem diagnostic. EPIC® SENSORS helps you to develop your process!

The IoTKey® Gateway receives the measurement data sent from the sensors and forwards it to the IoTKey® Portal and/or to other systems. The wireless transmitters of the sensor network are easily configured via the IoTKey® Gateway.

  • Connections: LoRa, Ethernet, 3G/4G, USB
  • Buffering of measurement data
  • Graphical user and maintenance interface
  • Can be integrated with customer systems
  • Available also in protection class IP67

Typical industry sectors

  • Manufacturing
  • Energy
  • Water & Infrastructure.

Application examples

  • Problem diagnostics and preventive maintenance for bearings, pumps, gears, turbines, etc.
  • Detection of efficiency drops and maintenance needs in heat exchangers
  • Advanced and continuous oil quality monitoring for product maintenance, life cycle and cost optimization
  • Environmental measurements and monitoring for warehouses and storage areas, laboratory space, etc.
  • Remote monitoring for levels and temperatures in water supply and wastewater networks

What is LoRaWAN®?

LoRa is the acronym for Long Range Radio. Thus, a LoRaWAN® is an LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network) specification designed for wireless, battery-operated “Things” (devices) in regional, national or global networks – as part of the Internet of Things (IoT). LoRaWAN® targets key requirements of the IoT, such as seamless interoperability among smart Things, without the need for complex local installations. It gives users, developers and companies the freedom to expand the IoT.
