Lapp Automaatio offers configuring and maintenance services for all the devices it sells.

The most common tasks include:

• Temperature sensor and transmitter calibrating
• Transmitter and signal conditioner configuring
• Customer specific adapting of radio remote control devices
• Modifications and repairs of joystick controllers.

Electrical maintenance is your solution if you need expert support in product applications. The support can be a practical installation or programming job, or advice in a technical issue.

When sending devices for maintenance or repair:

• Request a CLAIM/REPAIR number for your shipment from our sales office or maintenance unit
• Fill the cover letter form as precisely as possible, download form here: CLAIM/REPAIR cover letter (pdf)
• Attach a copy of your filled cover letter form in your delivery
• Mark clearly the CLAIM/REPAIR number on the package
• Please send to the below address.
