Transmitters for DIN rail or Power Rail installation

PR-6350a

2-wire transmitters with HART® connection

PR 6335

is an 1 or 2 channel transmitter for DIN rail installation, input can be: RTD, TC, linear resistance or mV. HART® communication with HART®5 protocol.
  • 6335A - standard version for safe area
  • 6335D - ATEX, FM and IECEx certified Ex version.

PR 6337

is an 1 or 2 channel transmitter for DIN rail installation, input can be: RTD, TC, linear resistance or mV. HART® communication by user selectable HART®5 or HART®7 protocols. When using PReset software, version 6.04 or later should be used.

PR 6437

is an 1 channel / 2 input / 2 channel transmitter for DIN rail installation, input can be: RTD, TC, linear resistance, potentiometer or mV. HART® communication by HART®7 protocol (or HART®5). When using PReset software, version 9.01.1001 or later should be used.

Profibus® PA process bus connection

PRetrans 6350

1 or 2 channel, FISCO-certified digital transmitter for DIN rail installation. Input can be RTD or TC sensor or a mA signal, which makes this device also a mA/bus converter.

  • 6350B - ATEX, FM, CSA, IECEx and EAC-Ex certified Ex version.

You can use the same transmitter also in FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus H1 process bus. Transmitter detects automatically which bus it is connected to (patented AutoSwitch function), and adapts its features according to that bus.

PRetrans 6350

1 or 2 channel, FISCO-certified digital transmitter for DIN rail installation. Input can be RTD or TC sensor or a mA signal, which makes this device also a mA/bus converter. 

  • 6350A - standard version for safe area
  • 6350B - ATEX, FM, CSA, IECEx and EAC-Ex certified Ex version.

LAS function block: transmitter can be programmed to take over the bus segment communication control if connection to master is lost.

PID function block: process control can be decentralized down to transmitter level.

Modbus® RTU and Modbus® TCP/IP

PR4000 and PR9000 series

modules can be connected to Modbus RTU field bus with 4511-Modbus-communication-enabler. 4511 unit is attached on modules of 4000 or 9000 series, and Modbus RTU bus communication (RS485) is connected to 4511 unit with a RJ45 connector. RJ45 connectors and RJ45 wire harnesses are available as accessories.

Modbus RTU can be further connected to Modbus TCP/IP or the wireless Ethernet or Profinet networks with applicable gateway devices.

4512 Bluetooth® communication enabler for 4000 and 9000 series

Enable Bluetooth communication and data logging on all your PR 4000 and PR 9000 units. Just mount the PR 4512 on the front of the device from PR electronics and install the PPS app on your smart device (iOS  and Android). This enables live monitoring of your process data, data- and event logging and easy programming of your device.

  • Bluetooth communication between the PR 4000 and 9000 devices and iOS/Android devices
  • Live monitoring of process values and diagnostics on compatible smart devices or directly on the PR 4512
  • Advanced data logging and event logging using the built-in real-time clock
  • Program devices via Bluetooth using an iOS/Android device running the free PPS app (PR Process Supervisor).
  • Use PPS data for preventive maintenance.
  • All logged data can be exported in .csv format, for advanced data analysis off-site.
