PRetrans 6350

1 or 2 channel, FISCO-certified digital transmitter for DIN rail installation. Input can be RTD or TC sensor or a mA signal, which makes this device also a mA/bus converter. 

• 6350A - standard version for safe area
• 6350B - ATEX, FM, CSA, IECEx and EAC-Ex certified Ex version.

LAS function block: transmitter can be programmed to take over the bus segment communication control if connection to master is lost.

PID function block: process control can be decentralized down to transmitter level.

You can use the same transmitter also in Profibus® PA process bus. Transmitter detects automatically which bus it is connected to (patented AutoSwitch function), and adapts its features according to that bus.
